Bev Pidgeon is a highly experienced Personal Trainer who specialises in post-partum exercise and lower-limb injury recovery, with an impressive 15 years in the health and fitness industry. She’s passionate about helping people rebuild strength, confidence and resilience – especially mums navigating life after having children.
A fiercely independent business owner, Bev works closely with her husband across several health and fitness ventures, while also being mum to three energetic boys aged between 2 and 8. Before children, she was clocking up 45–50 hours a week of in-person PT – something any parent knows just isn’t realistic once family life takes centre stage!
She’s still incredibly successful, but like so many working mums, Bev constantly balances the pull between unsociable hours and precious time with her boys. Building her PT business further would mean more evenings and weekends away – and that’s where the daily juggle really comes in.
Growing up, travel opportunities were limited, so Bev and her husband made a conscious decision that their children would experience more of the world. Exploring new places, cultures and ways of life is hugely important to them, and something they’re passionate about sharing as a family.
This travel business has given Bev the flexibility she needed – something she can build from home, in pockets of time, without sacrificing even more family moments. Access to industry rates has already made family travel far more achievable, and she’s completely fallen in love with the business itself.

Rachel Stainforth is a renowned Holistic Wellness Practitioner who has joined the travel business to elevate her own experiences and to consciously ride the growing wellness travel wave.
With wellness tourism predicted to become a $1.4 trillion industry by 2027, her timing and vision couldn’t be better.
She has spent her career helping people restore balance, confidence and wellbeing through her holistic health and beauty practice, specialising in advanced skin analysis, beauty treatments and therapeutic nervous system reset techniques. For Rachel, wellness isn’t just a service – it’s a way of life, and travel has always been a natural extension of that philosophy.
Her love of travel began in childhood, where she was fortunate to explore extensively and quickly became the one eagerly buying a Lonely Planet guide for every trip. As soon as online booking became available in the 80s, Rachel was organising her own adventures long before it was the norm. To her, travel has always symbolised exploration, learning and joy – values that sit at the very heart of her work today.
Joining the travel business was a purposeful and intentional decision. With wellness tourism now one of the fastest-growing sectors worldwide, Rachel saw the perfect opportunity to blend her passions. As she says, “Travel and wellness go hand in hand. People aren’t just looking for a getaway anymore – they want experiences that restore, inspire and transform.”
Her motivation also comes from a deeply personal place. After losing her mum at just 66, Rachel realised she didn’t want to wait for retirement to live out her dreams. Inspired by the adventures her mum never got the chance to take, she is passionate about helping herself – and others – experience life fully, now.
Today, Rachel brings her unique wellbeing perspective to the travel business, focusing on restorative, enriching and deeply memorable experiences, all backed by holistic wellness science.

Dave Counsell
Dave Counsell has a background in engineering, and he has worked in his current role, specialising in property claims related to fire, flood, and other incidents, for the past 25 years.
Dave was ready to establish a second income that could run alongside his day job. Being passionate about travel and helping others, joining this business was a fantastic opportunity for him to purse something new.
Dave’s favourite destinations include the Greek islands, where he loves the friendly people, delicious food, and endless opportunities to explore. His idea of the perfect start to a holiday is a window seat on the plane, where he can take in the views when the plane is coming in to land!
When he wants a true escape, Dave jumps on his motorbike and travels around Europe, combining adventure with freedom.
Every day is different in Dave’s day job, and he brings the same careful attention to detail from his career into planning trips for others.
Family is central to Dave’s life. He is a proud dad to two boys, 20-year-old Harvey, a personal trainer and former Leicester Tigers rugby player, and 13-year-old Ted, who is starting to make his mark in motocross. Travel, adventure, and family experiences are a big part of how he enjoys life outside of work.
Now, as part of the travel business, Dave is looking forward to helping people plan breaks and holidays that allow them to relax, reset, and create lasting memories. His love of travel, combined with his practical and attentive approach, ensures that every trip he helps plan is smooth and enjoyable.

But her adventurous spirit called for something bigger. She booked a one-way ticket to Thailand, kicking off three years of exploring the beauty, culture, and chaos of Asia.
Rachael’s approach to travel has always been anything but typical. She embraces what she lovingly calls her “boujie backpacker” era, seeking out the best beach clubs, boutique stays, incredible restaurants, and unforgettable cocktails wherever she goes. For her, travel isn’t about scraping by – it’s about living fully, joyfully, and intentionally, no matter where in the world she finds herself.
Now settled in Sydney, Rachael balances remote marketing work with a beachside café side hustle, all while staying active and soaking up the true Aussie lifestyle. Becoming a travel agent felt like the natural next step – allowing her to combine her experience, creativity, and passion for travel to help others plan trips that are exciting, elevated, and completely personalised.

She is the one who keeps everything and everyone running smoothly, gets things done, and has a colour-coded plan for just about everything. Organising isn’t just a skill, it’s her superpower.
When she’s not making work life tick, Helen is planning her next escape. Joe joined the team with a clear purpose: to create more freedom in how he works and lives, while surrounding himself with a like-minded community united by a love of travel and a desire to grow. A true adventurer at heart, Joe recently embarked on an immersive journey through Thailand, where he went far beyond the tourist trail. Nowhere was that spirit of courage and curiosity more evident than when Joe stepped into the world of Muay Thai. Having boxed for years in the UK but not having competed in over three years and never trained formally in Muay Thai, he challenged himself to complete five three-minute rounds. Rather than shying away from the unfamiliar, he leaned into it, growing stronger, more confident, and more capable with every round. By the end, he had not only finished the fight but grown through it.

It was through that platform that she first came onto our radar, and once we connected and showed her how she could monetise the passion she had already been sharing so freely, the fit was immediately clear.
She also has a truly special and unique connection to the Disney world: her daughter Ellie currently works at EPCOT in the World Showcase, representing the United Kingdom. As a mum to Lara and Rory, her weekends are a wonderful mix of football pitches and theatre stages, and alongside her husband Scott, she approaches life with the kind of determination and warmth that makes her a natural fit for this community.
Gail’s connection to the team is a particularly special one. She and our founder Kelly have been close friends for ten years, and their story began in the most unexpected way. When Kelly’s husband mentioned his client was visiting Yorkshire and asked if she could keep his wife company for a couple of days, nobody could have predicted what would follow. Gail arrived on the doorstep with a four month old baby in tow, and just like that, a lifelong friendship was born.
A decade on, from newborn days to building something meaningful together, that friendship has now grown into a professional partnership too. Joining the travel team felt like a full circle moment, and one that means a great deal to everyone involved.
With a busy career, a full family life, and the kind of ambition that never sits still, Gail is building this opportunity around a life she has already worked hard to create. We have no doubt she will bring the same commitment and heart to this journey that she brings to everything else.

Gioele joined the community through her connection to founding team member Rachel Stainforth, her sister in law, and it is a connection that perfectly reflects how this business continues to weave together family, friendship, and ambition in the most natural and powerful way.

Fiona Neve is the owner of The West End Café in South Cave, East Yorkshire, a much-loved village fixture that is so much more than a place to grab a coffee. With her infectious energy and warm, welcoming spirit, Fiona has created a genuine hub for connection, where people feel supported, at home, and part of something special. Her events and workshops are consistently sold out, and she has a remarkable gift for bringing people together.
Fiona was introduced to the business by founding team member Rachel Stainforth, and it is yet another wonderful example of what happens when women build their businesses within a community that truly champions one another.
Travel has always been a big part of Fiona’s life. She loves exploring new destinations with her partner Dave and has an exciting family adventure in the pipeline for later this year. But what makes Fiona’s story particularly special is the heart she brings to everything she does, and the vision she already has for how travel can serve the people around her.
Alongside her own adventures, Fiona is passionate about creating travel experiences for the older members of her community, building on the coffee mornings she already hosts for local seniors through her café. She even has a name in mind for this new venture, though we will let her share that in her own time.
Fiona was not actively looking for another business. But when she saw how naturally travel could weave into what she already does so beautifully, connecting people, creating experiences, and building community, it felt less like a new direction and more like a perfect extension of everything she already stands for.

Julienne Fox is the founder of Novo Fox Consulting, a successful talent consultancy firm based in Dublin. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Julienne has built a reputation for expertise, professionalism, and a deep understanding of people, qualities that translate beautifully into the world of travel. Alongside running her business, she is a busy mum to two boys aged seven and nine, with a lifelong love of travel and a particular soft spot for sunshine destinations.
Julienne’s connection to our founder Kelly is one of the most beautifully full-circle stories in the team, and that alone tells you everything about the kind of person she is.
The two first met as ten-year-old girls on a beach in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, in 1994. What followed was a childhood penpal friendship conducted entirely through the postal system, with letters dropping through letterboxes and stories of growing up shared across the miles. Decades later, the power of social media brought them back together, and the friendship that had never truly faded was rekindled.
The connections only deepened from there. Julienne’s family holiday home turns out to be in the very same corner of Spain where Kelly got married and returns to every year, yet somehow, across three decades, the two had still never managed to meet again in person as grown women.
Now, it feels as though travel is the thing that is finally bringing their paths back together in the most meaningful way.
Joining the team is a natural fit for someone who has always loved exploring the world, and we have no doubt that Julienne will bring the same warmth, dedication, and eye for detail to her travel business that she brings to everything else she does.

Becca Aspin is a PR professional with a background in fast-paced, award-winning campaigns and events, having cut her teeth in the industry in the early 2000s. It is through that shared chapter that she and our founder Kelly first crossed paths, working together as PR girls and forming a friendship that has endured ever since. Joining the team now feels like a natural and deeply meaningful full circle moment for them both.
Travel has been a defining thread throughout Becca’s life, woven into her story from an early age. Her love affair with America began with a gap year exploring the West Coast, which led her to study American Studies at university, including a formative year at the University of Massachusetts. Those experiences shaped her outlook in ways that have stayed with her long after she came home, sparking a lifelong curiosity and a deep appreciation for culture, perspective, and possibility.
For Becca, travel has never been about ticking destinations off a list. It is about learning, growth, and the stories that linger long after the journey is over. That philosophy shows up just as strongly in her family life today. Deeply committed to instilling a love of travel in her boys, the family has fallen in love with France and Spain, and a few years ago made the wonderful decision to buy a caravan, allowing them to explore more slowly and intentionally together.
Looking ahead, Thailand is firmly on the horizon this year, and it is one of the reasons Becca chose to join the travel business when she did. Alongside the bigger adventures, she has a real talent for uncovering beautiful mini-breaks and hidden gems, and brings that same thoughtful, curious approach to everything she plans.
Rooted in curiosity, connection, and a genuine desire to create meaningful memories, Becca is a wonderful addition to our growing community.

The two were in Koh Tao, Thailand, at exactly the same time, their paths crossing without either of them even realising it. As it turns out, Phoebe was checking into the very hotel Olivia was checking out of.
